Let’s be real — when you’re trying to conceive (especially after loss), everything feels intense. You’re tracking temps, peeing on sticks, Googling every twinge… and then there’s the food part. I wanted to eat in a way that actually supported my body, but also felt good, tasted good, and didn’t stress me out.
During the cycle I conceived my rainbow baby (!!!), I focused on eating meals that were nourishing, anti-inflammatory, hormone-friendly, and easy to throw together — because nobody has time for complicated recipes when you’ve already got a hundred things on your mind.
