This 3-Ingredient Flatbread Made with Greek Yogurt is a quick, easy, and budget-friendly bread recipe perfect for weeknight dinners, snacks, or wraps.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Mix the dough
    In a large bowl, combine the self-raising flour, Greek yogurt, and salt. Mix until it forms a sticky dough.
  • Knead lightly
    Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  • Divide & roll
    Divide the dough into 4–6 balls. Roll each into a flat round about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Cook the flatbread
    Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve warm
    Serve immediately with curries, soups, or use as wraps.
