sugar-free orange juice

mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
preferably frozen

flaxseed
ground

chia seeds

protein powder
plain or vanilla works well

rolled oats

nuts
such as pecans, walnuts, or a mix

greek or dairy-free option
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass or shaker cup, and enjoy right away.
Notes
Tip:
If using frozen berries, you may not need ice. If using fresh berries, add a few ice cubes for a thicker, colder smoothie.
