No Bake Lactation Bites

These chewy no-bake lactation bites are the perfect milk-boosting snack for breastfeeding mamas. Easy to make, naturally energising, and freezer-friendly, they help support a healthy milk supply while giving mamas a quick, nourishing boost throughout the day.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milled flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp brewer’s yeast

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates soaked + blended
  • 1 cup nut butter I usually choose almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • shredded coconut for rolling optional

Instructions

  • Soak the dates in warm water. Blend the dates into a smooth paste.
  • Warm the nut butter, coconut oil, and honey together until just softened (microwave 20–30 seconds or on the hob).
  • Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  • Chill the mixture for 20–30 minutes so it firms up
  • Roll into balls and coat in shredded coconut if desired.
  • Freeze for 1–2 hours for firmer bites, or store in the fridge.
